Sous Chef - Kent - Gastro Pub - £28,000 plud Guaranteed Tronc £6,000

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular Gastro Pub in Kent and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.

The food is described as modern British and the restaurant has a capacity for 60 plus covers.

What’s involved?

The successful Sous Chef candidate would help to lead a small kitchen team of 5 and would be responsible for covering the Head Chefs days off and helping to train the more junior members of the team.

You would have worked to a minimum of a 2 AA Rosette standard at a similar level and be confident on all sections.
