Excellent role in Luxury Hotel for Sous Chef to run Fine Dining Restaurant Senior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Senior Sous Chef. Working under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef, you will run the fine dining restaurant serving all fresh food to AA rosette level.

The role will invole preparing meals for the restaurant and private dining at the Hotel which is very busy all year round. The Role Reporting to the Executive Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and run the fine Dining Restaurant kitchen. Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service Strong Management skills The Person You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4 Hotel Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working in a busy all fresh food hotel kitchen Good attention to detail Ambitious and career orientated Salary & Benefits Salary package to £32k Excellent Benefits Uniform 28 days holiday Career Development Application.
