The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
- Maintain stocks and place orders
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of culinary or kitchen experience with sous or junior sous experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Pay is based on experience and negotiable. We can provide hourly or salaried. We do not use the tronc system and all our staff receive the full amount of their very high tips.
Excellent work life balance with at least 2 days off and 40-50 hours per week maximum.
