We are looking for a Solution Consultant who will play a key role in F-Secure growth by creating profitable business within enterprise organisations.

As a Solution Consultant, you will support our Business Managers in developing, nurturing, and converting new clients to our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offering. You will be critical to the long-term growth and success of F-Secure MDR Business Unit.

Our service is designed to counter cyber-attacks from state-sponsored actors and sophisticated criminal groups, detecting of and responding to compromise and attempted compromise across our clients’ IT estates. We have some of the best people in the industry helping clients to significantly improve their security.

We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our team in London to help us grow our MDR service business.

What We Need…

As our Solution Consultant, your role is to help bridge the gap between customer business risk and our technical capabilities in order to help prospects appreciate the business benefits of F-Secure MDR.

As a Solution Consultant We Would Like You To
  • Communicate the F-Secure value proposition and be able to tailor this in-line with prospect requirements.
  • Quickly grasp prospect business drivers and risks and design a solution to address them with F-Secure MDR
  • Act as a technical authority towards the prospect regarding all facets of F-Secure MDR
  • Have a strong technical background and the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts relevant to cyber security e.g. Kill chain, MITRE Att@ck models, Incident Response
  • Have prior experience of (or at least exposure to) corporate risk management
  • Have a day-to-day interest in cyber threats and understand how new threats might turn into realistic risks for our customers
  • Understand other F-Secure product/service offerings to be able to promote MDR services to shared prospects.
  • Actively contribute to the team achieving sales targets

As a Successful Solution Consultant You Will Demonstrate
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts into business insights that can be understood by prospect C-suite executives and technical stakeholders alike
  • Being a self-learner, intellectually curious and a problem solver.
  • Working well in an environment where flow-charted processes and micro-management is not part of culture, but empowerment is.
  • A keen interest in improving the overall security posture of our clients against realistic threats
  • Hands-on cyber security management and/or penetration testing experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and orally.
  • Prior experience of Information Security and managed service sales.
  • Fluency in English, with a working knowledge of German, French, Spanish or other languages an advantage.
