Lexcel accredited practice in Hertfordshire seeks an energetic Property Litigation Solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Property Litigation Solicitor to progress their career and gain plenty of hands on experience in our client’s excellent office in St. Albans. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a friendly team environment, whilst managing a complex caseload of property litigation matters.

Responsibilities

  • Complex property disputes
  • Lease extensions
  • Lease renewals
  • Possession proceedings
  • Recovery of rent arrears
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Easements
  • Title disputes

The Candidate

  • Qualified solicitors with up to 5 years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in property litigation matters
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • IT proficient
  • Has great attention to details
