NQ Solicitor, Real Estate, Liverpool, £40K + industry-leading benefits package.

We are looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor to join the Agricultural and Residential Property team at our Client, a leading North West law firm which has been listed in the UK’s top 100 companies to work for for the last two years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join one of the largest real estate teams in the North West to support a growing pipeline of work from national retailers, local authorities and some of the UK’s largest landowners.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in the following areas:

  • drafting contracts, leases, licences, consents, transfers and other property documents.
  • reviewing, amending and commenting on a variety of draft property documents.
  • carrying out property due diligence exercises and reporting on title, searches and enquiries.
  • running their own commercial real estate transaction files including acquisitions, disposals, leases and lease renewals, and a variety of property management matters.
  • interacting directly with major commercial clients including in-house estates teams and commercial agents and surveyors.
