Paralegal (Real Estate Litigation) Manchester, Salary £18K to £23K DOE + Excellent benefits package and career progression opportunities.

We are looking for a Paralegal to join the Real Estate Litigation team in the Manchester office of a leading North West law firm.

The team deals with a full range of work arising from contentious property work:-

Role:-:
  • Serving or checking notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Serving schedules of dilapidations
  • Commercial and residential tenancy disputes, in particular rent arrears recovery
  • Management of some billing processes
  • Using and working with a property tracker spreadsheet+
  • File opening and AML admin
  • Some research tasks.

Ideally we are looking for candidates with some real estate litigation or dispute resolution experience.
