ABOUT THE JOB

To assist the Legal Services Manager in the effective delivery of a comprehensive range of legal services to the Force and Police Authority, in particular legal work associated with litigation and advice.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a current unrestricted Practicing Certificate from the Law Society of Scotland.

You will be educated to LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent.

You will have effective Court skills and proven achievements in specific areas of Court work demonstrating relevant experience of Litigation & Advice legal work, as well as effective negotiating and advocacy skills.

This full time post is permanent and will require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 0900 – 1700.
