We are recruiting for a Agriculture & Commercial Property Solicitor for a respected firm with offices throughout Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Our client is a Legal Top 500 firm and they pride ourselves on the broad scope and quality of the legal guidance they provide their clients in their well-established Agriculture division.

This role will see you handle wide variety of Agriculture and Commercial Property matters. A keen interest and experience in this area is essential as is drive, determination and ambition.

Key Duties

• Acquisition and sale of farms and farmland.
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Lettings, licences and contract farming arrangements.
• Agricultural tenancy matters.
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant work.
• Easements/wayleaves/utility and telecommunications leases.
• Property finance.
• Assisting other teams on project based work.
