0900 - 1730 Mon - Fri (switches to rotating 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230 after 3 Months)

We are looking for experienced Soldering Operatives to start a full-time role at a busy electronics engineering company in Lutterworth.

This is a factory-based role where you use various types of soldering equipment (Through Hole, Reflow, Soldering Iron or Soldering Tweezers) to repair PCB’s.

You will be sitting at a bench, following printed instructions, and making modifications to IPC standards.

It’s a clean environment, it’s a calm pace of work, the team are supportive, and the managers will help you as much as they can.

To Be Considered

You MUST have paid soldering experience, be fully numerate / literate, good colour recognition and be dexterous as this can be a fiddly job.
