Software Licenses - ITIL Analyst

6 months

£550 per day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)

Warwick (Hybrid) 1 to 2 days a month in Office

Job role:


software licence and ITIL experience required to join a security team in implementing a software licence catalogue and improving compliance with the change management processes. The right candidate will support the Hardware and Software Change Management Project, this will involve reviewing existing software lifecycle management, supporting the design and implementation of solutions and increase our maturity in relation to regulatory objectives. The role will be hands on in terms of working with stakeholders and technology over the network.


Experience and Skills Required:
  • Technical expertise with software lifecycle management, configuration management and licence management.
  • Experience of reviewing requirements and specifications, defining test conditions, designing and creating test scripts and mapping back to pre-determined criteria and recording and reporting outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create unambiguous project artifacts.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management / Consultancy: Experience of using established consulting activities and techniques including facilitating stakeholder groups for eliciting stakeholder requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
Desirable:
  • Experience of Operational Technology.
  • Configuration management.
  • Licence management.
  • Worked with legacy OS.
  • Vendor management.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations (NIS Regulations) and frameworks, e.g., ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST Cyber Security Framework.
