Job Title - Graduate C# / Delphi / SQL Server / Software Developer / Programmer-Lancashire

Location - Lancashire

Working within the Software Development team you will work alongside a Business Analyst to analyse and assess legacy code that is written in Delphi. You will be testing for efficiency and to evaluate area that may need to be rewritten in C#. This role would ideally suit someone with polymorphic programming or been involved in similar analyses.

The Person

Undergraduate or Masters in Computer Science
  • A self-starter and a good team-player as you will be working with other people on these tasks
  • Experience of either C# or Delphi
  • Ideally polymorphic programming, but not essential
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills, you need to be able to think out of the box
  • You must be a good communicator to explain to needs to senior Management
Skills

In depth software development using C# or Delphi

Additional SQL Server Skills Would Be An Advantage

Strengths in requirements gathering and documentation

Project migration experience from legacy to cutting edge a real plus
