Our MASH team is committed to building strong relationships with a whole host of agencies, including law enforcement and healthcare professionals. Together, we work side by side to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in Wiltshire.

As the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals into children’s services, our MASH team stands at the forefront of service delivery.

As a Social Worker within the MASH team, your commitment will be instrumental in creating positive, life-altering opportunities for the children and young people in Wiltshire. Your role will encompass critical tasks, including assessments, strategic planning, hands-on delivery, and thorough reviews, all aimed at safeguarding and protecting.

In addition to possessing the required Social Work qualifications and registration with Social Work England, we seek individuals who share our vision. In return, we will provide you with the comprehensive support and guidance you need to excel in your role and make a lasting difference.

This position comes with a 5% market supplement for Level 2 candidates and 10% for Level 3 and 4. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21.75 per week

Salary: £34,554.00-£44,526.00 per year
