Job Description

  • Plan, implement and manage social media strategies.
  • Create engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and analyse performance of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to align social media strategies with business goals.
  • Run e-mail campaigns, helping to generate to sales opportunities
  • Engage with customers and respond to queries and comments on social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media campaign results.
  • Coordinate with influencers to broaden campaign reach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Social Media Exec should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools - including running direct e-mail campaigns.
  • Strong creativity and writing skills.
  • The ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
