Reaseheath College Apprenticeship team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us, with experience and a background in Agriculture Engineering and / or Construction PLANT.

As a Skills Coach you will play an integral part in coaching and mentoring apprentices through their training programme, helping them and their employer to ensure they successfully achieve their Apprenticeship. You will coach, mentor, manage and review apprentices who are based in the workplace, and attend college for training

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working within the Engineering environment, and ideally with a qualification in an Agriculture Engineering, Motor Vehicle or Construction Plant discipline.
