Salary: £19,408 - £20,147 per annum (A17 – A20)

We are looking to recruit Level 1 ICT Technician to join our busy I.T. Services Team. If you are recently qualified in ICT and looking to start your career, then this could be the position for you, with potential for career progression.

You will be working in a small, dynamic team looking after a diverse range of clients across campus. The role includes diagnosis of software and hardware faults, configuration of workstations, servers and network appliances, CCTV and access control systems.

You will work closely with all College departments and will be required to communicate in an effective and professional manner with all your clients. You’ll possess strong problem diagnosis and problem solving skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure and good communication skills.

Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment.

You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
