Role Purpose

We are now actively recruiting an Asset Network & Product Siting Manager in our Formulation, Fill and Pack business function. The job holder will provide a flexible and agile manufacturing platform in support of Business Strategies and Supply Chain requirements by;
  • Delivering robust and effective product siting decisions
  • Optimising capacity utilisation across Europe Africa and the Middle East (EAME) sites and tollers
  • Delivery of regional formulation network strategies
  • Ensuring continued operational compliance
  • Shaping the Formulation Fill & Pack asset network to deliver future business needs
  • Supporting the design and delivery of allocated EAME strategic Production & Supply projects
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative processes
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop product Siting Assessments for all EAME FF&P, to include NPI’s, dual sourcing, overflows, asset strategy, as required.
  • Develop and deliver regional formulation network and site strategies in support of Global FF&P Asset Strategy
  • Project leadership for project scoping and conceptual review phases
  • Work collaboratively with key functional stakeholder groups including: Global Supply Chain Management / Tolling / Planning / Technology & Engineering etc.
  • Key liaison accountability for a range of sites within the EAME network
  • Provide input as Supply Chain representative during the early stages of product development
  • Support risk and issue management, ensuring timely escalation of any potential concerns to the relevant governance bodies
Qualifications

About You: 
  • Extensive manufacturing experience
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • A collaborative approach to delivery
  • Experience of supply chain network operations
  • Awareness and understanding of operational compliance
  • Health Safety Environment and Security (HSES), Quality, Regulatory, Financial
  • Knowledge of formulation types, manufacturing technologies and Fill and Pack operations
  • Adaptability, flexibility and independence
  • Influencing and Listening skills
  • Tenacity
  • Working with ambiguity
  • University Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or other related topic
  • Knowledge of Business Case preparation
  • Skilled networker
  • Good communicator and influencer, especially engaging stakeholders
  • In depth knowledge and experience of data interrogation tools
  • Knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) is beneficial
