Equans is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm

What will you deliver?
Site supervisor is required to meet clients targets after additional Kitchen/Bathroom schemes have been added
Read and understand Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries, Preambles and Contract Documentation
Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure that all materials are available when required in conjunction with the Site Manager
Provide details of the labour requirements to the Senior Site staff / Contracts Manager at least 4 weeks in advance to enable efficient use to be made of Company labour resources
Keep Senior Site staff advised of performance of suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure that all the works are handed over to the customer
Work closely with all departments and staff within the business, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the efficient running of the business
Remove compound and reinstate areas at completion of contract (including removal of direction signs)
Agree with Senior Site staff the long- and short-term objectives for site progress, and progress recorded on standard company records

Who are we looking for?
Previous Site Supervisor experience
Previous trades / labour experience
Understanding of local government construction (refurb / New Build) projects
Current and valid UK driving licence
Ability to competently operate MS office (Word & Excel)
