IMMEDIATE START!! We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors (SSSTS) to join our skilled and experienced teams. Smiths Demolition do a variety of projects from internal ’soft strip’ of offices, factories, warehouses and shops to full building demolition using specialist plant and machinery. We have a full order book and guaranteed work. The job is weekly paid This is "hands on" site role, where you will work as part of the team on a variety of demolition projects You will need to have experience of working on site and supervising a team of operatives to deliver projects safely and to deadlines You must have a Full UK Driving license. The jobs are at various sites in the West and South West, you will travel to site daily in a works van Salary based on skills and experience Responsibilities
  • Following Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Update Contracts Manager with progress on site
  • Supervision of team of operatives
  • Compliance with H&S regulations
  • Compliance with Company policies
  • Ensuring the job is completed to deadline
  • Completion of documentation
    • Skills / Certification
