IMMEDIATE START We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors (SSSTS) to join our skilled and experienced teams. Smiths Demolition take on variety of projects ranging from internal ’soft strip’ of offices, factories, warehouses and shops to full building demolition using specialist plant and machinery. We have a full order book and guaranteed work This is "hands on" site role, where you will work as part of the team on a variety of demolition projects You will need to have experience of working on site and supervising a team of operatives to deliver projects safely and to deadlines You must have a Full UK Driving license. The jobs are at various sites in the West and South West, you will travel to site daily in a works van Salary based on skills and experience Responsibilities
  • Following Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Update Contracts Manager with progress on site
  • Supervision of team of operatives
  • Compliance with H&S regulations
  • Compliance with Company policies
  • Ensuring the job is completed to deadline
  • Completion of documentation
    • Skills / Certification
  • Site experience
