We are currently recruiting for an experienced Overhauls Manager to develop and lead the strategic approach to overhaul management at the Cassel Site in Billingham, Teesside. The Overhauls Manager will lead the delivery of all overhaul events from planning to successful start up, across internal and external partners, working alongside key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

As the Overhauls Manager you will work closely with department heads to ensure the delivery, by various teams, internally and externally is understood and delivered to quality and time. You will be responsible, in conjunction with the purchasing team, for developing the contractual approach for overhauls to ensure 3rd party resource and contracts are effectively defined and executed whilst ensuring SHE, quality, schedule delivery and cost effectiveness. Therefore, it is essential that you have highly developed project management skills as well as strong communication and influencing skills. You will be comfortable with influencing people at all levels inside and outside of the organisation, as well as leading a team to ensure that work is completed safely, to high standards, on time and to budget.

To be successful in this role you will preferably be a Chartered Engineer with a significant part of your experience gained on complex hazardous sites. You will also have overhaul leadership experience, either in a client or contractor organisation, on significant sized overhauls.
