Reporting to Operations Manager and the client the Site Manager will organise and manage the security team in accordance with OCS Assignment Instructions and be responsible for the overall security of the Business Park and the operational duties of the security team.

The business park covers 150 acres and has clients working 24/7. It includes large manufacturing units working 24/7, car showrooms, transport depot and warehouses, and small individual units working ad hoc hours. The site is owned and regulated by “Greenham Business Trust.”

Key Duties Will Include

Overseeing the security team to provide 24 hours security cover of the site

Providing leadership and training to the security team.

Initiating and managing regular reviews of the team regarding health, safety, risk assessments and welfare.

Planning rotas, scheduling of holidays, and arranging agency cover to ensure the site is constantly manned.

Deal with contractors on site as directed by the Trust.

To Be Successful You Will Need

IOSH managing safety would be desirable

A Management NVQ would be advantageous

Computer Literate in MS Excel & Word

Experience of looking after a team of security officers on a multi tenanted site would be advantageous

Excellent communication and problem solving skills
