SITE AGENT

Are you a Site Manager with retail fit out experience? Would you be available for a 4 week contract from the 19th of July in Dalkeith?

Contract Scotland are currently working with a well-respected, regional building contractor to recruit for a temporary Site Manager to undertake a 4 week contract in Edinburgh commencing on the 19th of July. This role will involve oversight of some minor demolition/strip out works and a full fast track fit out of a retail store in Dalkeith including first fix and mechanical and electrical works.

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out to design specifications and in accordance with the programme of works. You will also be directly responsible for ensuring that health & safety standards are maintained.

Working hours will be 5-6 days per week and hours will range between 50 - 70 hours per week depending on days worked.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have prior fit out/refurbishment experience on fast track projects, ideally retail
  • Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
  • Be available to start work 19th July 2021
  • Have a self-starting and proactive approach to work
  • Thrive in a busy work environment

For the right candidate there could be potential follow on work, depending on the success of this initial contract.
