Job ProfileOur client, a growing regional house builder based in Winchester, are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join the team. The site manager will be working on a luxury residential house based in Chichester which is set to come to an end December this year. The project consists of a high end residential new build with 10 acres of land and a luxury pool house. My client specialises in bespoke developments ranging up to 10 units per development and all developments are within Hampshire and surrounding areas. After this one-off residential new build, the site manager will be working on bespoke developments, assisting the team and growth of the business. This position also offers a very competitive package and a strong pipeline of projects following this initial site in Chichester.It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a proven background working as a Site Manager for developers who specialise in similar bespoke developments. Experience working on high end, small to medium sized developments is essential and you must also be based within commuting distance of both Winchester and Chichester. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join a growing developer who specialise in quality over quantity.Site Manager Position Overview

Site Manager Position Requirements
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Winchester and Chichester
  • Must have previous experience working as a Site Manager
  • Previous experience working on similar developments and bespoke residential experience is essential.
  • CSCS and SMSTS
  • Must be looking for a long-term role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full UK driver’s license

Site Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary - £60,000 - £65,000
