To support our growth plans, Bennamann have a number of projects to fulfil in 2023/24 and need experienced, flexible, hands-on site engineer/labourers, with a positive approach to hard working, a can-do attitude and team spirit

Job Purpose

An operational role with responsibility for development and installation of Bennamann products on farms and other sites, as planned and communicated with the Team

Main operational responsibilities

o Assist with the development of Bennamann products and manufacture, construction and installation both in the workshop and on farm sites around Cornwall, Devon and beyond

o Assist in the effective health & safety, quality assurance and compliance with relevant regulations in the the delivery of projects.

o Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and peers, reflecting Bennamann values

o Proactive member of motivated and engaging team

Specific experience is not necessary, although CSCS, CITB, carpentry, plumbing, power tools are all helpful, what we are looking for is labourers with a great team ethic.

You will also need an empathy and affinity with the Bennamann company values:

Full driving license, ability to travel between sites and stay away during the week when required, occasional on-call rota may be applicable. This is a 40 hour per week contract, with some flexible working hours to meet deadlines while working within the constraints of the weather - occasional out of hours work to deal with emergencies or key issues

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
