Are you a SIA Licenced Security Officer looking for a new opportunity?

SGC Security Services are hiring female/male SIA Licenced Security Officers for security roles to work as part of a team at Newtown Day Centre in Newtown, Powys.

Due to the nature of the contract, you must hold a valid SIA DS licence and have at least 1 years’ experience. You must be polite, well presented, well spoken, friendly and yet assertive as you will be required to interact with staff.

For this SIA Licenced Security Officer role, you will need excellent communication and report writing skills to assist you with your duties to deliver excellent guarding and security services in accordance with contract requirements.

Providing security and protections of assets in a sealed-off area within the day centre, Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 20:00.

Essential Skills

You Must
  • Have good communication Skills
  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors Licence
  • Be able to commit to the 08:00 -20:00 hours role (Monday - Saturday)
  • Have the ability to use your own initiative
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS for the role
