Responsibilities Included, But Not Limited To
  • Ensuring Customer orders are shipped on time and in full to meet the required delivery date (including ensuring physical shipment and timely transactions in SAP)
  • Liaise with the Production and Planning teams to be aware of any issues that may prevent an order shipping on time
  • Providing shipping lead-times to internal customers when required.
  • Ensuring any specific customer requirements are met prior to shipment (e.g. pallet heights)
  • Ensuring all shipping paperwork is accurate and provided complete and on time for required deadlines
  • Respond to queries from Customer Service and Planning about shipments and customer collections.
  • Booking in deliveries for external vendors
  • Promptly investigating any errors/complaints associated with Shipping or Inventory
  • Providing support for cycle counts and stock takes
Requirements
  • Experience working with SAP, or other ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and abilities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity as well as prioritisation of work
  • Willing and capable of supporting and working with other internal departments locally and globally
  • Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proactively driving and implementing improvements
  • Understanding of Logistics, Shipping, and Warehouse management processes
  • Excellent organisational Skills
