Primary Purpose Of The Position

To develop sales across the Milliken Distribution Network.

To support the Regional Sales Manager with existing accounts with a view to expanding sales.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Expanding the sales of carpet and LVT business
  • Help develop digital tools and strategy for Milliken’s Distribution partners
  • Help increase partners participation and engagement with Milliken’s digital Marketing strategy
  • Implementing the sales strategy, action plan and product pricing policy for region in line with the expectations of Sales Director and to achieve objectives
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer sales within the region
  • Leading product presentations, sales negotiations to customer base in responsible region
  • Visiting distribution partners in their markets to support and develop the Sales and Marketing process.
  • Maintaining an up to date sales pipeline for the sales region using sales force
  • Assisting customers with technical solutions /problem solving, product trials and general field support where required.
  • Searching for new opportunities for company´s products
  • Supporting Sales Director with Sales Leads process in Germany


Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Appreciation/knowledge of European business/culture
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence
  • Ability to use own initiative to make decisions which may impact the business, but can be clearly justified
  • Numerate and data rational
  • Ability to delight Customers (internal and external)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proactively driving and implementing improvements
  • Able to work across different levels of the Business
