Want to work somewhere where ambition coupled with excellent performance is rewarded? Please read on. Shift Manager (Production) required for food manufacturer. Reporting into the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 40. Sun - Thurs (10pm - 6.30am). Duties:
  • Delivering budgeted operational cost standards in terms of required efficiencies, labour, raw materials / packaging and waste.
  • Coaching and developing team members.
  • Completion of required Shift reports .
  • Help maintain required customer service levels .
  • Keep up product quality and factory accreditation standards. Skills/Experience:
  • Should have experience of managing a team in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Need to be a strong character capable of building a good team spirit .
  • Demonstrable track record of improving teams performance.
  • Literate , numerate and able to use Excel.
  • Ability to produce KPI reports.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation with the ability to carry out risk assessments. They will interview quickly on this one. Ability to start within 2 months notice would be beneficial. If this is of interest please send me an up to date CV
