Exciting opportunity to join a friendly team as a Shift Coordinator working in a major warehouse for a well-established production company located in the Coalville area.The successful candidate would be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing hours, targets and assisting with training of new staff during peak and off-peak season. The size of team can vary from 4 - 20 staff dependent on orders.Main Responsibilities
  • Distribute workload across team on shift and coordinate output
  • Managing hours and targets for team to mirror workload
  • Ability to deal with requirements of jobs and staff
  • General computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems
Job Details
  • Can choose shift pattern to an extent, e.g. full time hours Sunday to Thursday or part time hours Monday to Friday. Must be able to work Sunday shift 6am-2pm.
  • £10.79 per hour with review in April
  • Training will be provided
