The Opportunity

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Servicer, working in the highcare department. In this role you will be:

  • Recording of batch numbers
  • Operating high volume mixing and slicing machines
  • Washing of vegetables in chemicals
  • Stock rotation
  • Operation of label printers and barcode scanners

The Right Person

We are one big team and we look for people to join our business who want to work with others but take responsibility for doing their best every day to help to make the business a success. We also need:

  • Adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Ensure that any documentation/paperwork completed is legible, clear and accurate
  • Checking products for quality on the production line and informing the Team Leader or Area Manager before removing defective items
  • Depending on your duties, you may also move packaged items around the warehouse using pallet trollies or a forklift truck
  • Adhere to strict hygiene standards
  • Daily use of machinery
  • Work in close co-operation with a team of colleagues
  • Work safely at all times and adhere to company health and safety standards
  • Help develop and promote a health and safety culture
  • Regularly and consistently job rotate
  • Report any near miss incidents and accidents
  • Support Management Risk Assessments
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are correctly followed
