Do you want to develop a brand-new service?

We are working with a large Welsh provider who offer support and care at the heart of everything they do. They are seeking a service manager in Carmarthen to develop a new supported living setting.

Your new role

Our client are setting up a new supported living facility, for 5+ adults with learning disabilities across multiple properties. Someone with previous experience of setting up a new service would be ideal for this role.

Creating a supportive and positive environment for the service users to feel secure and develop their independence is key to the success of this setting.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • QCF Level 5 (or willingness to work toward it)
  • Experience setting up a new service
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Full flexibility, with a willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Experience supporting service users with being independent
What you’ll get in return
