Service Desk Analyst - Ringwood - Up to £30,000

This a Great opportunity for a passionate IT-orientated individual to join a well-established client based in Ringwood. The successful Service Desk Analyst should have experience working in an IT support environment, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The role will involve troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining the internal IT equipment within the business. The successful candidate will be joining a growing company in their IT support team, with excellent opportunities to develop their skillset.

Required SKILLS

  • Previous service desk or help desk experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software and technologies including Microsoft 365
  • Windows 10, Windows Mobile, and tablet versions.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Understanding of printing including direct printing, print servers, and printer configuration.
  • Good knowledge of end-user devices including laptops, PCs, printers, tablets, and smartphones
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Service Now would be beneficial.
  • Strong customer-facing skills required to encourage and promote a friendly and approachable IT department.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise your workload.
