**Service Delivery Manager - Up To £58,000**

My Client, an established but rapidly expanding high profile organisation, currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their established but rapidly expanding Tech Hub in Sherburn in Elmet.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the most suitable processes are in place, take overall leadership of any IT issues impacting business operations, and work with the appropriate internal support teams, external partners to achieve service levels and end user satisfaction.

As the bridge between the Onsite Ops/Tech Team and the Central IT Services function, you will have the ability to manage service delivery within a pressurised but highly rewarding environment.

This role also has a clear road map in terms of progression, due to a period of huge exponential growth.
