Newbury

£24,000 - £30,000 /annum OTE. Negotiable Subject to Experience.

Are you an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy Service Department environment? Our client is looking to fill a vacancy they have at their Franchised Motor Dealership based in Newbury.

Job Description
  • To ensure the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction are achieved at all times.
  • As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all service and repair enquiries.
  • Booking vehicles in and keeping customers updated and informed.
  • Contacting customers regarding any additional work and costs.
  • Arranging collection and delivery of customer cars.
  • Checking courtesy cars in and out.
  • Invoicing and collecting payments.
  • Selling added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties.

    Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm alternate Saturday 8:30 - 1:00pm
