Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB: We have a fantastic opportunity to assist the EightyEight Restaurant Team in the smooth service running of our stunning Pan-Asian Restaurant. You will be delivering a high level of service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering the Eighty Eight Restaurant and Bar concept and ethos to the required five star standards
  • Be able to competently maintain the operation of the restaurant and bars during service
  • To inspire and motivate your peers to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Responsible for cash and stock security
  • Ensure the venue is kept clean throughout service and to leave the venue clean and organized for the next shift
  • Pro-actively learn and know in detail our Food and Beverage offerings, being able to passionately describe and sell this to our guests
  • Carry out the set up and breakdown of the restaurant
Key Skills And Experience
  • Be presentable, personable with outstanding customer service skills
  • To go above and beyond with all guests whilst supporting fellow team members with respect
  • When time allows you should be able to enjoy chat with your guests and enjoy yourself, offering a warm welcome each and every time
  • Have experience working in a similar hospitality background
