We have a new vacancy for a Server & Cloud Technician to join our IT team at our Bardon Hill head office in Coalville, Leicestershire.

Working as part of the Server, Data Centre and Cloud Team, you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications and server platforms on AWS and hybrid-cloud environments ensuring that all systems are managed to agreed standards and SLAs and providing prompt and proactive management of issues and requests.

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd/3rd line support function
  • Experience of AWS Cloud technologies
  • Managing/Implementing standards and team working
  • Experience of IT Service Continuity activities and planning
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes for Incident and Problem management
  • Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, RDS etc)
  • Microsoft SQL Server administration
