Job Role: SEO Specialist

Salary: 25-30k.

Location: Liverpool

Consumer Rights are looking for an exceptional SEO Specialist to lead their digital PR and join their growing Liverpool Office.

SEO Specialist

On-Page SEO Optimisation:

Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
Optimise website content and technical components to influence on page SEO positively
Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance rich snippet visibility in search results.

Keyword Research and Optimisation:

Perform thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and phrases.
Create and implement keyword optimisation strategies for targeted pages.
Monitor keyword rankings and adjust strategies as needed to improve organic search visibility.

Technical SEO Enhancements:

Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
Implement best practices for URL structure and XML sitemaps.
Ensure proper handling of 404 errors, redirects, and duplicate content issues.

Content Strategy Alignment:

Work closely with the content team to align on-page SEO efforts with content strategy.
Provide recommendations for content improvements to enhance SEO performance.
Ensure that on-page content adheres to SEO best practices.
User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):

Analyse user behaviour and website engagement to identify opportunities for UX and CRO enhancements.

Collaborate on A/B testing and user-focused initiatives to improve conversion rates.
Optimise landing pages and call-to-action elements for maximum effectiveness.
Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using analytics tools.

Generate regular reports and insights to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and proactively address issues

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Familiarity with SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
