This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or someone looking to learn and progress in the industry. We are a well regarded neighbourhood fine dining restaurant with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our excellent service and providing a personal touch with all guests. This, coupled with our excellent food keeps us busy.

We are looking for a senior waiter to join our tight-knit restaurant team.

The right candidates will be enthusiastic, hard working and able to communicate well under pressure. Some experience is neccesary but above all we hire for attitude and personality. In exchange we will offer training, opportunities for progression and excellent benefits.

Salary will depend on experience and role with the addition of card gratuities and cash tips. Members of the team are also entitled to a 20% discount when visiting the venue.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional fine dining service to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests tables
- Assist with food p
- Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant
- Provide food and beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with prompt resolution
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred
- Strong knowledge or passion of food, drinks and great service
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
