About the role

Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Senior Training Administrator to join the team.

You will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day activities of the Network Engagement Administration Team.

Further responsibilities include:
  • Deputise in the absence of the Network Engagement Manager
  • Organise and support the team with network engagement utilising different methods of communication
  • Interface with hotels and venues to book facilities as per the schedule
  • Liaise with Babcock headcount and associate trainers regarding delegate/course information
  • Liaise with key JLR stakeholders to support the implementation process for the Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure data compliance

What do I need to do the role?

You must have experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), and an understanding of web and database applications.

You will have the ability to organise and prioritise workload in order to meet necessary deadlines, and make independent judgements/decisions within established guidelines systems process or remit demonstrating effective management skills.

You will also possess IT proficiency, and are able to communicate effectively both face to face and via telephone and email.
