Due to a service redesign we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, and self-motivated Senior Technical Support Specialist (Voice & Data) to work in the IMT service at Wirral Community Heath & Care NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for an experienced professional, to work as part of a team to provide technical support to the ICT Operations Manager for the provision of a resilient, reliable and effective day to day technology service and ensure that all Trust colleagues are able to rely upon their technology enablers.

You will be responsible for the delivery, support and administration of corporate data and voice network systems and you will be involved in key digital enabling projects.

About you

The successful candidate should have
  • Cisco CCNA or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Proven experience in Cisco Next Gen Firewalls, CISCO IPT solutions and contact centre configurations and call manager
  • Expert knowledge of network administration and technologies.
  • You will be comfortable working under your own initiative
  • Have excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this post together with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
