Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional and international teams
You will provide technical and process leadership, ensuring processes and products are developed with appropriate quality measurement systems. You will lead technical investigations and process improvement initiatives across the business ensuring business objectives are consistently achieved. Leading a culture of continuous improvement, guiding process development to minimize cost of poor quality, increase productivity, and improve on time delivery.
As a Senior Technical Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for:
Leading improvement projects to enhance company performance.Leading top Issue resolutions under CIRs/ NPTs/NCR’s across global sites, building metrics to identify problem areas and ensuring lessons learned are applied between sites.
Assisting customers and internal partners to provide solutions for Services and Operations issues.
Championing continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards applying problem solving techniques, using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and requirements.
Collaborating in operational incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identification of preventive and corrective actions.
Coaching and mentoring employees at all levels (from site leaders to shop floor) on Lean tools.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have an Engineering or Material Science degree from an accredited university with proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or services environment.Be a certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt or be in the process of obtaining certification.
Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment
Have experience working with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.
Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
