Play a pivotal role in our business


As Quality Management System Leader, you will be responsible for the definition and optimisation of the QMS and maintaining ISO accreditations. You will define and deploy a communication plan to inform the company’s quality objectives and promote the achievement of results.


As a Quality Management System Leader, you will be responsible for:


  • Overseeing Business Process Management Systems (e.g. QMS, IMS). Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes.
  • Advising Functional managers regarding procedures in their own field.
  • Working with direct colleagues, the business, customers and regulators to enhance compliance to all our business processes and industry regulations.
  • Managing internal and external audit programmes.
  • Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects.

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Quality).
  • Have proven experience in Business Process Management.
  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Have well developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills
