The Role

Our client are now looking for a Senior Software Developer to work as part of a growing team, with bold ideas for best practice in the full SDLC, using the latest Microsoft tooling.

Essential

The Person:
  • Strong skills in C# 7+
  • SQL 2016+ database design, and development
  • Entity Framework 6 or similar skill
  • MVC + Razor
  • HTML5 + CSS3, Bootstrap
  • JavaScript skills including jQuery
  • Passionate to learn and improve self as well as code.
  • Full Software Development Lifecycle experience
Desirable
  • Dependency Injection (IoC)
  • Good OO Skills including initializers, Indexers, delegates, and generics.
  • Design patterns experience such as Repository and Factory
  • Any solution design experience beneficial
  • Unit testing experience
  • Appreciation for Umbraco 7 or 8.
  • Angular 6+
  • TypeScript
Soft Skills
  • Prepared to talk in groups
  • Demonstrate work to people of different levels
  • Pair programming, and peer review of code
  • Mentoring other developers
  • Agile/Scrum/Kanban or working under other project management experience
