We are currently looking for a Scrum Master who has strong experience with agile coaching and strong change management skills. This role will be an integral part of our agile software Engineering teams, responsible for ensuring their teams deliver high quality software whilst at the same time ensuring teamwork across functions, calling out risks where necessary and enabling teams to foster an approach of continuous improvement.

We welcome applications from candidates who are interested in flexibility in working arrangements. This role can either be a remote position but regular travel to Guildford/ Woking should be expected.
  • Mentor and develop our agile teams to ensure a consistent high level of performance
  • Ensure work is planned effectively to promote high productivity
  • Lead and take part in agile ceremonies across multiple teams
  • Remove blockers within and between Agile Teams
  • Ensure a well-defined and prioritised backlog to facilitate in the delivery of our software
  • Be a point of contact for risk assessment and escalation within the team
  • Ensure effective use of retrospectives to build a culture of ‘fail-fast’ and ‘learn from failures’ within the agile software development process.
  • Establish positive relationships across departments including, but not limited to, Product, Customer Success and Global Professional Services
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge and tried and tested skills in agile practices and principles

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication with the ability to listen actively with appropriate responses giving consideration to the views of others
  • Able to relay complex information in simple terms to people at varying levels of competence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working in a cloud software development environment
  • A proven track record of implementing measurable results through continuous improvement
  • Ability to work as part of a team including with distributed teams, supporting others towards a common goal
