The role of Partner Manager is to support sourcing, engaging, qualifying, leading and collaborating with Strategic Partners for IDBS.

The role will support the development of the partner strategy, tools, resources and processes to lead strategic partnerships. This will include identification, qualification, onboarding and management of strategic partners.

The Partner Manager will achieve success through the motivation and alignment of internal and external partners across our business.

With your partner management experience, you will:
  • Lead the co-ordination and execution of Danaher process, procedures and activities to support Partner Strategy aligned to Strategy Execution and operations.
  • Support the Partner Eco-System by using tools and processes for partner selection, onboarding, enablement and management.
  • Mentor and guide staff on Partner process and procedures
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to promote Partnerships
  • Align internal teams to support Partner operations i.e. Partner Systems, supporting all partners to be successful in line with IDBS Strategy.
  • Support Partner agreement initiation and execution.
  • Own Partner issues related to IDBS and seek resolution swiftly.
  • Management of Requirements gathering (where applicable) & documentation processes in line with Danaher Business System
Interested in this opportunity? You’ll need to have:
  • Knowledge of IDBS products (or similar) and how they apply to market segments of focus (biologics, chemistry, pre-clinical discovery science)
  • Good knowledge of RFP and customer buying processes for software solutions
  • Good knowledge of the informatics space and ability to leverage partnerships where necessary to combat competitive threats from other enterprise players.
  • Highly motivated with demonstrable management, interpersonal, relationship building, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and utilize new technology and to instigate change.
