Salary £20,000- £35,000 OTE

  • 2-3 Year’s experience Sales Negotiator
  • Bright, bubbly, hardworking individual
  • Love the Sales Process

  • Enjoy dealing with the public
  • Happy to work alternate Saturdays
  • Keen and eager to work well with Vendors and Purchasers

As a Sales Negotiator You Will Be Required To
  • Liaise with Vendors and Prospective buyers
  • Book Valuations, update Vendors and Purchasers
  • Book and chase up viewings
  • Solicitor referrals
  • Mortgage referrals
  • Negotiate offers
  • Sales progression
