Bailey Care Services is looking to recruit people across the UK to set up and develop new locations. These will be challenging and rewarding roles with great potential for career development.

Bailey Care Services has been established for over twenty years and specialises in the supply of temporary staff within the health and social care sector. Part of the highly successful SWS Group, we are now looking to expand our existing network of locations and are keen to speak to successful recruiters who are seeking that ideal opportunity to move forwards with their careers. Experience within the health care sector would be great but is not essential.

Qualities We Are Looking For

You must be a self-starter who can manage, motivate and develop staff. A proven track record in recruitment. The ability to lead from the front on sales and business development. Skilled in the recruitment of temporary staff. Great at building relationships with existing and prospect clients.
