Senior Quantity Surveyor – West Midlands – Water – Salary circa £65k + car allowance

Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering and construction company working in the water and wastewater industry, delivering solutions across the civil and MEICA spectrum. They operate framework contracts with a number of the key UK water companies.

They are looking to build their team to include a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large water projects in the Midlands on a framework for the next 3 years and beyond, guaranteeing local work for the foreseeable future!

The office you would be working from is in Bromsgrove and the role will involve 2/3 days in the office and the rest of the week on sites and working from home.

Typically, projects are around £3m in value on design and build waste water treatment sites and are run under NEC4 option A contracts. They incorporate civils and MEICA works. They are ideally seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has good experience on these kind of projects and contracts.
