Job ProfileOur client, a well-established Consultancy based in Winchester, are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on high end residential / commercial projects ranging from new builds to refurbishments. You will be working with a professional team and you will be required to work from the office at least once a week.It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a background working as a Senior QS as well as consultancy experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a position with high valued projects and progression to associate director level. Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Must have experience working at a senior level
  • PQS experience is essential
  • MRICS would be desirable but not essential
  • High end project experience would be advantageous
  • Full UK Drivers license
  • Professional Manner
  • Relevant Quantity Surveyor certificates and qualifications

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
